  • Mission Creek Community unique service model combines a Day Health Center with apartments, allowing seniors to remain independent while caregivers provide services similar to those seen in Assisted Living. The two-story library atrium anchors the corner of the building along the Mission Creek Park promenade in San Francisco, while the massing buffers the housing, gardens, and quiet public spaces from the city.
