  • The Plaza Apartments, located in the heart of San Francisco’s South of Market Recovery Redevelopment Project Area, is a mixed-use development providing 106 new affordable mini-studio apartments with comprehensive support services, residential amenities, commercial space and a community theatre within the context of a sticking environmentally sustainable design. Housing the formerly chronically homeless, the Plaza is the first newly constructed property dedicated to the City’s Direct Access to Housing program, which combines rental subsides, health services and support services to help residents remain comfortably, affordably and permanently housed.
