Burnham Building

  • The redevelopment of this historic building is a model of collaboration between a village, its citizens, the County, the State, the Federal government, a for-profit developer, and a not-for-profit organization. The Burnham Building provided an innovative way to meet the need for affordable housing, while providing a means for the local Village to expand its library and redevelop its portion of the Hudson River waterfront.
